Christine is a fully qualified Reiki, Holistic Massage and Sports Massage therapist based in Hurworth, near Darlington in the North East of England. She has her own comfortable treatment room, and also works at the new InTouch Holistic Centre in the grounds of Northallerton Equestrian Centre. She is a Massage in Schools Instructor and is qualified in Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi ear candling).

Both Massage and Reiki have been shown to have many benefits, but when it comes to coping with the stresses of everyday life they can decrease blood pressure and heart rate, decrease stress hormones and increase “happy” ones. In addition, massage can ease tired muscles and increase circulation, and Reiki can restore and balance our natural energy to aid healing of mind, body and spirit. Sports Massage is particularly useful for the prevention and treatment of injuries, and you don’t have to be a sports person to benefit!
